games take forever to start. everyone can see it. used to be able to afk for 10-15 minutes and a game starts. now it's at least 30-1 hour.
keep banning players who are actually playing but letting fromcali play... every good player that gets banned = 10-20% longer wait times.
i think this community would be better if Mike just handled the dota bans.
