He refused to play the last 6 minutes of the game completely and was sitting behind fountain.
He could have left and take the auto ban but instead decided to do that (they still had all t3 tower, so no rax yet, the game was expected to take more that 5min).
Actually i was not going to post this ban request, because ifck does not have infinite time and even if posted I thought a warning ban would have been enough to keep track of that behavior, also because there only win condition at this point was me disconnect and my team being unable to use my hero to end the game.
But with what he is doing in other games as well viewtopic.php?f=7&t=148249#p568558 , it does not seem to be an isolated case and even playing worse than the people he complain about and report. If you dont count the last 6min he still had less than 1 creep kill per minute with a bloodseeker and playing worse than boby and other who got banned for playing like that.
Right now a ban seems necessary to prevent future toxic behavior.

Edit: to be exact 10min before the end he shortly patrol at fountain but was still playing kinda, until he died again.
5min before the end he patrol behind mid rax watching their t3 tower attacked by just creeps, before he shortly move to bottom t3 tower to kill 2 creeps and then stayed behind fountain.
Edit2: just loocking at last few minutes it doesnt even seem to bad and without everything else keeping track of that would have been enough but it adds up.

He didnt kept his promise of muting in game. I didnt have any expectations here on forum cause he admitted that he will continue the useless cryinshit posts about his luck etc regardless. But at least he was kept his mouth shut ingame the last two weeks. He sees is it as a way to express himself, obviously he had bad times as a child -somekind of trauma- i dont know and thats why sometimes i forgive him. He will whine without end and we all know that. But if he starts now to leave games, forcing ff, flaming and chatting non stop causing distraction or ruins intentionally thats another big problem.

jazzy deserves a lengthy ban for sure.

So what am i supposed to do? Keep running out of base to get raped by slark over and over and over and over?

I picked seeker to focus slark with my ult. I didnt take NA.

So please everyone tell me. Must i keep being forced to play a game where my entire team sucks and feeds? Give me a break. The game was over and i defended inside the base. Why must I go outside to keep getting raped as we died 1 by 1. Also my creep score was low, but i killed alot of neturals.

I did not finish game as level 6 like the replay says. I complained but played as usual. I simply didnt want to keep feeding at end.

@jazzy3113 - If you are looking for easy games to play and win then I think your at the wrong place. Dota Games are meant to be competitive and most of the time it may not go your way but you have to show sportsmanship and team spirit. I think you need to take a break and if people are saying the same thing about you over and over again then its time to reflect.

Spoke to Jazzy offline and I believe we've come to a mutual understanding on leaving games and practicing higher tolerance/compassion for our fellow dota players. It's been almost a 48 hour ban which has been served. In good faith I will remove the remaining ban.

BS man, give him the appropriate ban. He can say and do shit and not get banned, but I get banned for it.

@cumonlevia you had chance to ask an unban appeal a proper appeal and change your behavior and also this account names but you didn't, i typed like 3 messages for you and if i ask that this is to unban the player or reduce the timeban.
Instead, you just dodged, i guess you are out of ip's on your vpn, i had to ban arround 50 accounts and 50 or more ip's to show you that i'm not leting you dodge...
