He knows exactly whats going on and the reason why he didn't repick was because it was random or he didn't get his hero.

how many more chances will you give this guy? Hes been ban every week so far and still haven't learned anything yet.. hes probably going to give you guys a sob story about how high his elo is and that hes trying? The funniest thing about this guy is that he thinks we are retarted like him. He didnt repicked Lanaya and then asked why its not ok to play Lanaya. lol. After we forced a votekick on him he acted like the poor victim, as he always does when he fucks the game up or leaves pretending he didint knew that he should repick Lanaya (like he plays dota for first time) . All that ofc after he waits the horn so he wouldnt be able to repick. He saw all of us votekicking him and then he wanted us to draw. To prove that he ruins intentionally if he doesnt like the teams or arem the very next game he afked and droped of being booted too long. Another normal day for Trader. He is banned the last months so many times but he cant learn anything of his warnings from the mods. He fucks and ruins all games from the beginning. And ofc always poor acting pretending he lives in an other world.

I think you guys gotta start looking at how you're reporting people.

Games are barely starting. Ask yourself, what would banning Trader right now accomplish other than you can tease him about it?

Unless players are ruining games blatantly, feeding, etc., it only hurts you to ban him since your games are only going to take longer to start. The rules in place were designed back then with consideration that ENT had enough players to where banning players wasn't an issue as you wouldn't even recognize them being gone with the hundreds of players being online. When your playerbase is this low, you're hurting yourself by getting decent players banned.

Trader might not be the easiest player to play with but he was somehow able to reach 1400 ELO recently so he's probably above average as a player at the minimum.

Just revoke this ban request and focus on the real ruiners such as Cali, Kuzko, etc., who automatically lowers the quality of games just by their mere presence. Best solution is this is documented, give him a warning ban, make sure he knows he can't do it again, and the next time he does it the ban is double what it originally is.

Astros, yes games are barely starting and we have small pool of players on ENT. Thats exactly why is frustrating af when you wait for 20-30 mins or more for a game to start which happens to be AREM and Trader gets Lanaya, doesnt repick her but waits the clock until he isnt able to repick. He simply fucks the game. And he does that on purpose like he did when he had Tiny and throwed ifck and his teamates into Roshan. He told here a thousand excuses about it and acted like he didnt knew what to do. Ifck gave him a chance after a warning. Now he did the same.

Come on man you are telling me that he didnt knew that Lanaya has a bug? seriously now? This is worse cause he thinks we are idiots. He trolls and think we can buy it. It would be more honest to say "ok my fault guys i didnt get a proper hero and wanted to go out (allthough he could repick and swap from start)" than to play innocent who doesn't know what to do when he got Lanaya. At least he would have some balls to admit it.

He had plenty of time to repick Lanaya and swap. Plenty. His team and we at the opposite team told him to repick. But no. He waited the clock and wanted to draw after all players votekick against him.

Look,being an asshole and acting like 13 year old like Trader does in all of his games is most important than eny elo. For me at least. He is acting like Jazzy. Yes we dont have the luxury to kick or ban people but as you said its the same as to have a blatant ruiner in your team. And he had been banned recently for his behaviour and playstyle.
Its the same when we talk about racist words etc. I ve said in another thread that we should be re-consider whats racist comment or not and what limit should we have so we dont ban people easily just because someone said a silly joke or wants to provoke ingame. I'm not against the nature of this game even if i hate shitalking very very much cause has nothing to offer to enemies or allies. But thats another discussion.

Trader isnt as toxic as others, most of the time remains silent but he goes "Jazzy mode" when he sees his team is losing regardless if he fails or not.

At the end of the day only thing Trader can say is "ok 500 elo" and "ok one acc for a day". He cant say anything else. When we are in similar teams he always spammed: "Abba pls go mjolnir" like there are no other items Abbadon can carry. lol he thinks if i go mjonir (which i go anyway in certain games) its the same herobuild against all enemies. Against all players. And ok thats it we win. lol. He cant think of anything else. Thats why he rampages and storms mid whatever hero he gets (Lesh,Batrider,LC) thinking he always has the upper hand. And ofc he has zero map awareness doesnt know where his allies are when he storms against 3-4 people pinging like an idiot.

If you ask me i dont want Trader to be banned but he deserves a ban if he consistently fucks games. He was afk again and left the very next game after this one. What does that say to you ? that he cares ?

We never said we dont want Trader to play, we are saying he deserves a ban cause he ruined an AREM game on purpose.

Well, it's hard to solve this, now trader know that he can't pick lanaya because you will make other players desync.

But remember trader, i know you are a lier and you took 2 bans for that, so i will make like i trust you here.
