So, I just played a game with him on his team. He Hades and I noticed following:
- Leaking about 20 units lvl 3 vs. Furbolg (LoD+Sentry+Sentry)
- About to build a third Sentry lvl 4, meaning he couldn't afford a LoD (I stopped him tho)
- Only having about 3/0 after lvl 5
- Upgrading Sentry after lvl 5, meaning he didn't have a Hades for lvl 7
- Only having about 4/0 or 4/1 around lvl 8
- After lvl 9 he got his first Hades, meaning he didn't have 2 hades lvl 10 and had to overbuild
- After Arena he advised us to up king and send demon 16 (at first) untill he saw their Hades and then chose to max king and send 20 instead. Not sure this was the best decision, cause we ended up all leaking lvl 20 and enemies barely leaked to king. Ending up in a loss.

I'm not saying that this means he shouldn't be given a trial in Lihl, but I'm just pointing out he might have some things to work out / train before he is fit for the League. Maybe he should come back in a couple of weeks, when he is more ready? Because he got the attitude and manners to join (nice guy), just needs a bit more experience.

if 5 value more than you at 10 is over building idk what to say. and as for the lvl 3 i had all medium armor cept ogres and those things arent useful very long i was think for game past level 7. You were so quick to critique me when i played a better game then you.
Sorry i dont play a game the exact same way you do. I dont feel its a must to double hades at 10 when i have pierce which will do better vs boss and on 10 12 and 13. You were so quick to say im playing wrong, Got to remember there are different styles.

I didn't see the game. But it sounds like you should've went for a few ogres to hold lvl 3.. also massing sentries/nightsabres sucks for 10 compared with a hades.

Replay spoken of Above. And as you can see in the replay they had 17 pretty well covered when i advised away from 17, with G.b., Halfbreed and bears. They all had very strong rolls. so to make a decision. was hard. I feel that accusations above i stretched strictly due to the fact of units provided. I did not play a bad game by any means i only made sacrifices at the start (leaks) to try to boost income early because i knew was gonna use all gold levels 4-6

Watched the replay with some a speed boost :)
a siege dmg unit is in general sweet when you got lod - the biggest problem is usually to hold lvl 6 while saving for a hades if you didnt get it by lvl 5.
I don't think the replay is so bad as Drahque makes it. But I still think you can learn some from looking at blue in the same replay.
He had lod+goliath better but still you would have been better off with 2-3 upgraded ogres - IMO :)

I still think you're good enough to get a trial period.
Got my vouch

I know there is different play styles, but what your missing is the fact that you need to think BEYOND lvl 10, 12 and 13. In LIHL most games end lvl 17 or 20, and in order to hold demons lvl 17 you really need as few 'junk units' (such as Night sabers) as possible. With Hades you need like 6 Hades + 2 strong tanks such as Blaster or Goliath to hold demon(s) 17, and since you only had 2 LoD lvl 9, how do you wanna get 5-6 Hades lvl 17?

You see, the hard part about lvl 1-10 is to survive with as few 'shit' units as possible. Also I had 6/2 lvl 8 while you had 4/0 (or something like that), which meant I were able to 'send harder' against the enemies than you, which also makes a huge different.

i was 7/1 at the end of 8 only because i had no need to upgrade for 8. IDK i feel like my whole game was based on the fact that i had all medium armor units, and the fact i went night saber instead of ogre. Like i had said in the chat ogre is something i usually upgade at 5 for 6 and 7 so i was iffy about it for 3. IF/when i get a comp like that next time im stuck in a bind def something im gonna experiment with. + stun is good for 10 on boss just something i got in my holster for next time.

Well it's matter of playstyle it seems -
Drah wants you think BEYOND lvl 10
Archol likes the "safe" play
Personally I like to push income as hard as possible pre 10 - even if it takes a few shitty units

I 'changed' my mind, and have come to the understanding that people have 'different' play styles and none of them is the 'correct' one. Also that a player doesn't have to be playing 'perfect' in order to join Lihl, just show he got enough understanding about the game and manners. I think SooSooSquishy have showed he understand the towers quite well and is willing to adapt, as seen by following:

So I think SSS should be given a trial period, since he got the "State of Mind" and "Manners" to join Lihl - only time will show if he got the skills to adapt fast enough.

I agree with archol. I would have played this way instead.

Personally I couldn't say I would vouch for him or deny him, because I've only played with him once. I only watched the first few mins of the game and I stopped watching...someone told him he would leak lvl 3 with that build. He said "I know". Now if this game was lihl I would hope he would have played it differently and upgraded his sentry instead of gettin a wisp.

I like the fact he tried to help pink out in the beginning with giving him advices, so he's a team player (which is always a plus). He seems to be knowledgeable of the game as well.

Tbh....ionno why I even replied when Dweller already vouched him a trial. Guess it's cause I'm blazed . I was gonna say try him out and see if it'll make the cut or not.
