revouch

I should never have been unvouched in the first place. My elo was calculated correctly in games and even if it wasn't that's a programming error that has nothing to do with me. I've read every rule that has to do with LIHL and I haven't broken any.

I am going to make sure we are clearer about double accounting and will update the rules. Have fun playing LIHL :)
