1. Provide a list of aliases. These are names that people might recognize you as:Lisk
2. Please provide some replays of LTD Mega 3.41 games so that vouchers can better assess your skill level. (Do not provide replays where you go merc, cross-build, double-build or aura swap as these tactics are not allowed in the LIHL):
Here are some of my games, some wins, and some losses. I don't have any yolo replays, since I'm not sure how to do it in pubs.
A. Pub - Blasters (Win)
https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=4030884Pushed income, but tried to OB when I thought we might need to catch, like on 7 and 17.
B. Pub - Slave Trade (Loss)
https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=4033213Trying out a new build to get early slave trade income for 1-5, then push after that.
C. Pub - Prisoner/Archers (Win) - 4v2 though
https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=3998919D. Pub - ToK (loss)
https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=4027080E. In-House (win)
https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=4000582I forgot what I built, but we won!
F. In-House - Pyro/Zeus/Harlot (loss)
https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=4000450Fun game. I messed up my initial placement, but we still lasted a while. Also I OB for 7 thinking they would send, but they didn't.
3. If possible, provide a list of LIHL players who might know you or that you are acquainted with:GoatsBeGone
Eldryan
Akitos
god.lik3
gog-magog
Diablo_
bit
Fooz_Jr
prob a few others...
4. Any additional information that you would like to provide:- Always willing to learn and cooperate. I'm not that good of a player, but I think I can learn a lot more playing LIHL than playing pubs.
- I don't know how to cross, and don't know how to merc. I would like to learn sometime (just to educate myself), but of course not use it in LIHL.
- I am developing Legion TD 2, and so I want to join LIHL so I can learn all the strategies/tactics, to make sure LTD2 will be a game that pros will love.

Hi there Lisk - I'm glad you applied as I am grateful you made Legion TD in the first place and are working on LTD2
With that being said I can't let you into LIHL without you posting some yolo replays as it simply is too big a factor in LIHL atm.
"I don't have any yolo replays, since I'm not sure how to do it in pubs."
If you can't do it in pubs what makes you think you can do it in LIHL?
- I'll look over the replays once you've added some yolo replays

yolo simply means high knowledge of towers.
building the bare minimum to hold each level and use the gold to income.
it needs alot of practice, you can do it in pub.
replays help
thank you lisk for the map, i think understanding the game play in lihl, will contribute greatly to making a LTD2.

Oh okay, I think I thought yolo meant to leak intentionally, to get higher income. I don't really use the term 'yolo' much when playing LTD, I just heard other people discuss it. Thank you for clarifying that.
Just let me know what I need to get better at, and I can reapply if needed.
I want to be vouched only if I am good enough (or almost good enough), not because I made the map.

New season just started, vouch for trial atleast. Willingness to learn and basic knowledge is actually what's really needed imo.

From the game we just played: You really need to learn how to yolo as this is most important in LIHL atm. The rest was ok, not too great but also not bad. Will post in more detail after watching your replays.

Watched your games now
@lisk (sorry for the long wait).
Blasters: Decent replay, only noticed that you sometimes didn't wisp/lumberjack even though you could and rather started them way later after the building phase. That's something I personally hate to see
But since it looked like you were planning well on other levels this might be due to not fully focusing on the game, what everyone does sometimes. But if you aren't aweare of how much gold you get per level you should read it up again.
Slavemasters: Also ok replay.
Prisoner: Looked fine, didn't really watch tho.
Tok: Not too nice, overbuilding too much on lvl 3 after their lvl 2 send and you should just push income after 7 instead of trying to hold 10 with 2 toks which will never work.
Inhouse: Your overbuilding for 7 was wasted as your team also had a 4ygg player, so 3 blasters would be more than enough. Again late pushing at times.
Inhouse 2: Ok I guess.
Imo you are pretty close atm, but what we need to see are good yolo replays. As already said just watch some LIHL replays/observe them and get used to yolo play (with archers, aquas, mortar, turrets, nightmare, tot, pandaren etc etc).

Sounds good, thanks for watching the replays & posting your comments.
Yes, sometimes I don't wisp/up even though I could. Sometimes it takes me a little while to decide whether I can clear the wave, which is something I can improve by being more experienced/watching replays, etc. Sometimes it is just due to lag, which can't really be helped I guess. I have the table with the gold per level printed out and always play with it in front of me.
Tok: Good call on both points.
Inhouse: Good call - I'll work on getting better about figuring out what my allies will hold/leak, so I can plan for that.
I have extra dev. work to do this week, since one of our developers had to take unexpected time off (his mom is in the hospital), but will try to practice if I can at night, or at least watch a replay or two a day.

Best of luck lisk. Pretty cool that you made the map. Are you taking any input into the creation of LTD2? Great map btw... You have given me hours of fun

Yolo Simply means You Only Live Once.
And I totally disagree, yolo just means that all towers become playable in the early lvls. as long as you hold 1,2,3,4 you are fine rush 7/3 and eventually you will catch up in value, Im not saying that full income is bad or anything I just think its boring and ruining the game play everyone can do it basicly with almost every single tower in the game as long as you hold 4 first lvl.. there is no challenge in this tbh, how ever its also powerfull as fuck cant argue with that, but still sad as fuck and boring as fuck

I agree with Goats
@Lisk Gogo, we all want to see you vouched, but some yolo knowledge is currently a prerequisite to be vouched
So go ahead and quickly learn the basics of it!

YOLO in itself isn't a bad thing, however it lends to cookie cutter strats that people exploit against those who don't know them - making it seem "OP".
Saving also seemed very stupid to those who didn't know about it as well, like an abuse that ruined the skill of building/incoming and just sent as a team to win even though their team didn't have as good players.
The issue with YOLO, however, is it requires (to do skillfully) a high knowledge of almost every tower's exact power. For a quick look at noob builds, though, you can look at pewpew's and akitos's guides.
