just to clarify: antistuck gives all effected units the order to move/attack the king area which resets the current order so you get a ministun without visual sight on some units.
many people still abuse this on other bots so gladly its banable here

effect or no effect, if we have a rule that states " do not use anti stuck unless creeps are actually stucked " there should be no discussion about the effect, the only thing that should matter in this case, is, if it was intentional or not. i my self, doubt it was intentional.

I was obs this game, i doubt the as was on purpose since the time he wasted to as, he could done a better king control , but stilla break rule.
I will let bravehearts or nabo handle this case since they was playing this one.

Reason im not posting here is because i dont have the technical knowledge, how much change it does, what ban durations been before, and so on, if it does make a difference, then it was a gamechanging thing. Someone with enough knowledge of how those cases been handled before? Nabo maybe?

In the worst case it prevents every creep hit by antistuck from doing one full attack they otherwise could have done. Seeing this was a very close situation (King survived with like 200-400 HP I think) it shouldn't really matter if that could have been enough to kill him or not imo. It was a big abuse in a super close situation, that's what matters. Whether he did it on purpose (long ban) or not (short ban/warning) is up to the mods to decide.

Only a warning for altering the outcome of the game? We have people that leave getting a 2 day ban but nothing for AS abuse?

The AS was right after his heal, which can be an indirect evidence to elektro- statement
