Being friendly should at least apply to the players in the in-house leagues.

truth is we can create a thread about many players here in the league and go on and on and on about their behavior. this post was about my attitude towards occupy's builds and it once again has turned into the ongoing topic of my so called abuse toward dc reports. if it makes everybody happy.

i will no longer report anybody ever again for anything.

im sick of the bickering. and yes i am greedy about my elo because i feel that far too many veteran players tk'ing the simplest of builds which is why i flamed occupy in the first place. i already apologized to him earlier in this post and have been civil with him in plenty of games since then.

everybody knows my attitude and manner is no different than anybody else in this league. this is clearly all about the same salty subject of dc pens which i will state again... i will no longer report. the fame is far too much for me to handle.

You are still missing the point. Most people here do not care about ELO as much as you. DC penalties are not the sole reason people are upset with you. It's a culmination of all the transgressions you've made over time, including but not limited to: flaming, whining, blackmail, abuse of the report system, and low skill play.

I haven't seen any other player cry TK as much as you while actually being the TKer. I just watched the replay posted at the top of this page where some new guy I've never even seen in LIHL before complained about your lack of skill. If someone new to the league who probably isn't even accustomed to LIHL complains about the skill level of a "pro" such as yourself, you know there's something wrong with your play. I shouldn't have to explain this but when you are holder for levels 7 and 10 you are expected to hold 14/15 most of the time as well with all that feed. Instead you built a Dragonhawk and only ended up having 2 ToKs for 14 which is incredibly TK given most of your team were leaking and relying on you to hold. You claim:

Yet you could easily sell a smaller tower and get 3 ToK and clear your lane or even go mid. I'd for sure sell a Soul of Villain and take the -85 value hit than building 320 value worth of a useless unit. This may seem basic but since you clearly lack knowledge let me break it down: Dragonhawk = magic damage / medium armor. This means it does 80% damage to level 14 while taking 120%. Essentially, the unit is worthless. It's not even good on 15 or 17 either. You could hold so easily even with 7/6 if you just got 3 ToK, otherwise you could just stay 7/5 and clear some units mid. Keep in mind this is just the first replay I've found of you. I could write a 10,000 word essay about all the times you've TK'd. The worst thing is, even after you TK you blame team and say "oh it would make no difference", "oh my team TK'd me". It's frankly disgusting to watch.

Finally, I'd like to touch on the blatant hypocrisy of your actions. Back in the day when I still played here actively you would flame me almost every game. I never reported you because I didn't care enough to take the time to do it. Yet, the minute I flamed you back one time you cried to the mods and I got banned. In your post you claimed "I've made amends with everyone and am a mannered player now but Artichoke keeps flaming me please help!". Similarly, in this thread it was shown that you tried to blackmail Occupy with threatening to report Mick. Then, you have the audacity to post this:

yes he shows much bad behavior,
including but not limited to flaming, spamming every game to force other players to play a different mode, excessive/abusive reporting, and ignores rules which he got many bans for.

this is a clan, we should be playing more custom games, otherwise we are just a glorified 1200+ clan... which is kinda lame

Each time evidence of your mean-spirited character or poor attitude comes out you make claims promising you've changed overnight and are now a nice, mannered and pleasant player. You're like the equivalent of a convicted pedophile applying for a job as a babysitter and, when confronted about your conviction, saying "oh don't worry about that, I've changed my ways now please stop flaming me!".


The reason people have a problem with you is not solely your DC penalty abuse, though that is part of it. It's a combination of all the things you do and the toxic, hypocritical attitude you display. To give a final example:

This is the classic argumentative strategy of using ad hominem attacks to try to discredit the speaker because you don't want the valid criticism he presents to be heard or taken seriously.

I urge you to find 10 people who hold the same sentiment towards shrimp. You must also ask yourself, if Adi were as bad as shrimp, why hasn't there been a single thread complaining about his behaviour whereas there have been multiple directed at the latter?

shrimp is pretty bad, at skill and behaviour imo. i played a game with him, a 2s and we were same team. and a team talks. i give him advices, i ask his oppinion about my build. but when i told him my oppinion he say " dude, what makes u think u can teach me, u ended last spot last season". the funny thing is he is one of less skilled players in the league, and still he thinks he knows everything better. ofc i let him know i was indeed 530 elo during season, but i ended 943 elo to be exact.

Since this thread, I have played many games with Shrimp, Occupy, and I on the same team. There was no flaming going on, and no problems in game whatsoever. This issue seems to be resolved between these two.

I have played many games with shrimp, and enjoy my games with him, definitely an LIHL caliber player.

This thread seems to be going very off topic... either keep it related to this case or post your thoughts on the dc pens in the separate thread created.

I have only skimmed through this topic because most people are talking in circles.

1) dc penalties: idc what shrimp did. He did what he did within our rules and how dc penalty system works. He probably did gain 50-80 elo, not 200 elo... Majority of dc cases are due to your technical difficulties and has little to do with shrimp. So, stop crying about him reporting others. If you want to blame something, blame how dc penalty works and suggest ideas to improve our current dc penalty system.

Shrimp has stated that he will not longer report dc penalties as often as he did (for stats). So, move on.

2) I am seeing the common "I hate shrimp" people and some stating "I see why shrimp can be xxxxxxxx after playing this ONE game with him today, etc etc". There are some who I would group with shrimp when it comes to flaming and behaviour AFFECTING the flow or atmosphere of games. You guys should know better who these individuals are. Shrimp did get reported more than these noted individuals, therefore, why I see all this drama. @cam_breezy as you noted on your post and PM, you should by now have realized that your actions in question you CHOSE to take until now were either negative or not compromisable by a large number of the lihl community. If you wish to continue playing on lihl, I highly suggest you reevaluate how you approach and communicate to others. If soon, another similar case such as this arises again, the lihl moderation team has decided to permanently unvouch you whether it is due to your overall behaviour, repating behavior/flame history, or just the fact you cannot get along with the rest of the community. For this case, shirmp is unvouched 7 days.

With everything said, despite his certain bad games, I have seen shrimp do decent on certain other games too.

3) I would also like to take this chance to note that FLAME cases will be taken a lot more seriously from now on and harsh and strict penalities will be enforced.
