First he snipes me after we draw game, then he doesnt swap me in after dafuker said he want to swap with me.
He said he doesnt wanna play with me cuz he had disagreements the game before.
So i asked him for challenge and he kicks me from obs.

Pure abuse of ownerrights.

Thanks. The !sign was just to refresh, since I expected waiting 20 minutes+ for the next to start. But I started the game, that's why I had owner-rights ingame.

And it wouldn't even matter. I can reject any obs I want, no matter if im owner or not. And I can snipe any I want. And the lobby you're talking about were already 5 ppl signed. So I guess from the 7 players before, many have been sniped.

I don't know why you blame it on me then.

You just pissing me off big time, ur behavior in that lobby wasnt lihlworthy. Everyone from last game said you tk 3, yet we didnt say anything. So mainly you tk have no idea of an own call but disagree with everything and report everyone.
And as i said instead of accepting a challenge you hide behind rules(which are dumb imo, if both agree to swap theres no reason not to).
Thats just such a weak character imo.

As a player, you can decide who observes and who doesn't, period. Being owner doesn't give you carte blanche to decide who plays and who doesn't. It is indeed your right to dodge certain players, but certainly not at their own expenses, come on. If you wish to dodge someone, then step aside.

Unvouched 1 day for command abuse. It'd normally be 2 days, but I'm ready to take in consideration that these sort of cases have not happened too often before, hence you might have understandably misinterpreted the observer veto rule.

I didn't agree to swap him in. That's my right.
I didn't agree to have him in obs. That's also my right.

How is that command abuse? It would not be command abuse if someone else is game-owner and I ask him to !open 11? By coincidence I was game-owner and executed my rightful wishes myself.

Why do I get unvouch for this?

Why should I dodge a game, where I am signed for? And Fate was not signed for?

Swapping someone in, who is not signed, is a different setup. Don't twist the words.

different setup means, no vb, no challenge but u swap between east west, thats ment with different set up. If Dafuker says he cant play and you swap someone in, why should there be a rule that denies that?

I've covered this already, it is your right to dodge players. But do not do so at their expense.

While the "or all players agree to a different set-up" rule is vague as to the procedure to follow. It doesn't simply mean that you are the one who decides who play and who doesn't. So then what? You veto the "different set-up", the most logic thing is to step aside yourself.

To place this situation in context, imagine dafuker just doesn't show up, and there are 2 obs (fate and joesakic). Both want to play, they roll, fate wins. Is it your right to say "no, I want joe"? You can disagree as much as you want to this new "set-up", but Fate, at this point, earned his place as a player in the game. Disagree, thus, means you'd step-out of the game.

You can argue it the way you want, but players are never going to have the power to just decide "no, not him, switch him out". Can you imagine the drama? Kreu doesn't want X, but Halp doesn't want Y.. oh and don't forget artmas doesn't like to play with vendeta... So who plays now?
