@Fogey banned for 3 days (2 days for too much delay, 1 extra because you already got a warning to not make people split).
Also, I see people are apparently not taking care of 200 value/splitting rules. Since it is hard for enemy players to pick that up, we will randomly check some replays and if you are violating any rules that are hidden from the enemy there, you will get a 2 day unvouch too. Also, if observers/allies see people building too much delay, splitting, hit me up on discord so I can act on it.
