He has proven to be toxic to his teams, grieving, repeatedly ragequitting (at least 4 RQs documented on forum and who knows what has been lost due to the forum hack). Yet it seems his bans getting shorter and shorter after each violation and getting revouched sooner and sooner, cause he claims to "not do this anymore".

Why is this behaviour tolerated and even supported? Is he granted leniency or special rights cause he's a better player than many others? IF yes, I'd like to know the guidelines for that. Thanks.

i agree with kreut. how many times u wanna make a fool out of yourself by actually reacting to his appeals when he has proven again and again and again that he WONT CHANGE? his bantime shud be longer since he still seems too stubborn to learn from his mistakes, yet u just let him back in without any further discussion. i think fate himself cant believe how easy he gets away with his rqs, seriously.

Well, I'd just really like to understand how this works. Just yesterday fly was banned 8 days for 3rd offense. I just fail to understand how 5 days and revouch after 3 days fits in with at least the 4th offense and more ban/drama history.

I must also agree with Kreut here. I have some ideas I wanna suggest when I find the time to maybe improve the league behavior and transparancy, which might improve the league.One of those points is getting rid of these "stupid" appeals. I mean, seriously, all the time I see appeals like this one here, I just know that the person who writes it doesn't give a shit. They just wanna play but are not mannered enough to stand up for their mistakes and live with it. I never could understand why appeals exist in the first place, and those that say "oh, I did it. It won't happen again" are just ridiculous. How can anyone take it seriously. I get that you want to keep an open league where people play instead of being banned and you see the positive side of people. That's nice. But with such a history an instant revouch after this one-sentence not giving a shit appeal, is a pure joke.

edit: Not to mention he was revouched two minutes after he posted... you guys wanted play together or what?

@Halp Well, he probably had. Most certainly even. But how does that change anything? It's ok resolving an issue or a misinterpretation of a rule in a private conversation after the first offense, MAYBE again after the 2nd, but what is there to talk about at offense #3, #4, #5 etc.?

N1ll3 reviewed the situation and judged this to be the right action. I will trust him on that and back him up on the decision.
