As the rules stand today, it is affected by the 2 hours so i will have to process this and ask @mudman to post again if you still want the elo.
Also i believe a dc pen has little to do with rage or revenge reports , which was the goal to minimize them by the 2 h rule.
If there is demand for it we will consider changing the rules and exclude the dc pen.
