Brief Synopsis:

In this 3v3 game, my team used one of our heals on level 5, and had Shockwave, no big deal. The King's hit points remained very low even after our heal, and we had no holder on the team. I had Revenants, and the other two had infantry. This information highly suggests to upgrade the King, and not send, especially being down a heal already, with a very weak king. I made the call to up the king, then 1006 (highest ELO on the team) followed suit. IamZealot refused to do so, and sends a Furbolg. As a result of that, it forces the team to each send a Furbolg. He claims he made the call before I said up the king, but as will be seen through DRM, that is not true. IamZealot clearly refuses to work as a team, and then goes on to flame, which continues to the clan channel. (I am well aware of the ignore command, and if the game were to continue, I would have utilized it.) As a result of that, it forces the team to each send a Furbolg. This is not to even mention IamZealot's King control on Level 7, which obviously was not being controlled properly for a LIHL caliber game (no shift click, etc.). It almost seemed like he was throwing even there too. Quite a few rules were broken here, and for that, I am requesting disciplinary action be taken on IamZealot. This behavior is totally inappropriate for what is supposed to be a high skilled and no flaming league.

IamZealot clearly refuses teamplay, which is crucial in Legion TD, especially LIHL! The harassment continuing is very inappropriate for a league with a tight knit group of players that play game after game together.

Just to let you know, you're not going to get somebody unvouched based on 1 replay alone.

miyagi is right. This is not enough for a permantent unvouch. U can however report him for refusing to teamplay/tk/flaming....etc and he mb gets a temporary ban for it.

If you wish to do that please change the topics name. (if not your req will be just be denied because is by far not enough for a permanent unvouch requst)

can't you just apply proper penalty? you're a mod.

I don't appreciate non involved non mods posting in topics with demands/flame/etc...

However my goal is to handle every subject accordingly and fairly. (which is very little work in this case anyway)
So i dont understand the commotion.

If we just apply penaltys randomly people complain about lack of structure and equality in a heartbeat.

He never said perma unvouch, he just asks for a simple unvouch penalty (disciplinary action as he says)...

King did not follow the team! 2 players voted to send lvl 7 and king refused. He did not temaplay! R not rules specific about no teamplay?

You realize 1006 was sarcastic? He said if we send on 7 we die. Read the chat log I posted before you make useless and irrelevant contributions to this thread. Don't go around causing drama for no reason. I like how you leave that part out. And, I did send with the "team".

When I read it first I didnt immediately get the sarcasm too but following iamzealots actions I think he was indeed aware that 1006 meant it sarcasticly. Although I am not 100% sure (because of mb lacking english skills etc)

Yeah, especially considering how he did not send for a minute after that point (confirmed by the DRM logs I posted), and told us in chat he's sending regardless. Definite refusal to teamplay, resulting in a TK.

I would also like to add the following here, to be sure the penalty against IamZealot takes into account the flaming portion, as well as the TK. The flame was very similar to this report, and IamZealot was told the next time he did this would result in a ban.

i think to ban a player you have to be much more persistent and far more offensive. if it happens again, i will opt for a ban. but for the moment it does not seem enough.

IamZealot unvouched 3 days

1 day for flame (with previous offences)
2 days for refusing to cooperate with team (saying stuff like: I send and Idc what u do) is just unacceptable in lihl.
