I made sure before banning the accounts because it was weird to me as well.

However, the result I got:

i dont really know, but didnt like that problem also had the similar situation? like that dude and my ip were similar that why the ban took effect

You should really send your provider an email. Sharing exactly the same IP with someone else can lead to serious rl problems.
