0 stress titan- 10% winrate, 0% stress

Playing titan is stressful. You have to try killing builders with wands and ward blocks and can fail if disabled. You have to prevent greedy op builders from golding. You have to make sure builders don't base at op euro. You have to micro minis and keep them alive which is very frustrating and mentally exhausting. The list goes on. 0 stress titan fixes these problems. I like to play this as Foss.

Don't kill anyone. No wasted gold on wards and wands, no minis to micro, builders keep golding and you keep feeding on lumber bases.

Don't care about builders golding. You're after their lumber bases and just don't care how much gold they get.

Builder bases at euro? Doesn't matter, keep feeding on others and mid walls. They'll be golding for as long as possible. Never underestimate a builders greed.

Kill mediocre bases. Builders that are gold heavy may underestimate you early-mid game. Kill those mediocre bases.

Feed off noobs. Noobs are your main source of feed. Keep track of who is noob and continue to feed off them. If builders try to vk the noob, protest. "No thats against the rules", "let him learn", etc.

Let them get cocky. About 20 mins in they'll think they've won, and they probably have. Let them be cocky about it.

Clear the map of feed. Get every last bit and buy your items. Siege easiest base.

Beg for feed. By about 30mins builders will have based, and their bases will probably pwn you. Beg for feed and they may feel sorry for you and give you some.

Bore them to death. This style is very non-confrontational given that you don't try to kill anyone. Builders may be so bored out of their minds they will play risky. Capitalize on their wall walk feed. You also may not have to beat that euro base, it may just dissapear.

If you are at a point where there is no more feed and you can't beat any bases, its time to leave the game. gg! You played that game without any hassle, move on to the next. The fun is in the farming!

Otherwise continue to farm bases. Once there is one base left kill all builders in it, supports first.

By this point you should have all items, 400 base damage from tombs and be able to 3 hit upped walls. That Vial really comes in handy!

Let the builders play your minis. Some will suicide, but some will act as eggs and help you! But most importantly you don't have to worry about it.

I've played this build the last 20 games I've titaned and it is low stress. You can play many games back to back because of it.

If you happen to win a game, make sure to troll the builders hard. They must really, really suck.

Titan early game is gonna get buffed, dont worry. Titan is not weak, his early game is just too passive and he must rely on builders error.

A lot can be said about the game from the builder perspective too

its really annoying to counter triple wotw
the workers that you use to counter wotw have to be watched otherwise they become feed
you can't wall the middle too much or else you're giving the titan lotsa gold/exp
demo walls are worth like 50 exp ....
you always have to be watching for nukes to your lumber
you're slower than the titan so you have to do tricks to escape and all he has to do is walk at you
as many of the classic builders you can spend 20k lumber and still have an easily breakable base
foss can just dumb minis in your walls and stop you from re-walling
breeze's nuke can't be canceled and he has a mega slow
glacious's nuke rapes face
a early ww-jump into a lumber base can give a titan and insane level advantage
if titan gets out of hand early on the only thing you can do is wait
if one of you is bad it can be gg, especially mags with their 200exp pizzlies or the i only build harvester morphlings.

it would be nice if there was a legitimate tutorial for new players, i do wonder how people pick up a decade old game without having any understanding of vampirism or derivations.

Yes, we need more Island Defense players uploading to Youtube. Imho, that's another way to significantly boost our ID player base.
