Brief introduction: hello im Junzzi, or Ryan, what ever your prefer, after a break from WC3, i decided to try it again, and I got hooked on LTD, this gaming community has made WC3 enjoyable again, and i want to help ENT bring that enjoyment to new and experienced ENT players. All the mods are putting in hard work to keep games fair, dealing with ban request and appeals. and I would be honoured to give a helping hand.

What are your current hours of playing time (approximate): I usually play 4-6 Hours a day.

What is your current time zone? Eastern Time Zone

Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: Ive been trying to help in most of the BRQ/Appeals that i can give some assistant on, But besides that, honestly not much at all.

Why do you want to become a game moderator? I want to help improve the community, and help Beep on the LTD Ban request, and help in the Appeals section as well.

What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community? My maturity, respect, and my knowledge of LTD and the rules.

Don't confuse the OP with your useless "!deny", just say whether you support or not and why.

I do agree to some degree, though, you do seem relatively new to the community. (well you even said it in your app)

Your activity looks good, so far you seem to genuinely care about rule breakers and stopping them... and yay, you can speak english!

Saying you will bring this to the community is one thing, showing us is another. I don't feel you've been here long enough to prove this, but hey, you already seem better than most.

I don't know why, but I feel weird watching new/active LIHLers try to become game moderators. Bit/Beep are rare, the rest only really put their time in the LIHL section so an LIHL moderator spot might be better suited to apply for.

Plus the only time I actually see you in games is when you are ELO rushing someone from the league with iight/ricky smurfing.

I thought the post requirement was 25? Your correct, 34 is low, and im new to the ENT forums and community, but my activity is not low, im on everyday, looking through the BRQ/Appeals, If I could help any more I would, only so many things i can help assist with.

Im not in LIHL shameless, And your right, i did make that ONE Mistake with that votekick, and I served my punishment, I have 300+ Games (Reset my stats 3 weeks ago, had 200 and something games) in LTD In the past 4 months, And I did one thing wrong. And what does me having to play with Beep /Ricky / iightfyre have to do with this Application? I'm applying to try and make the community a better experience, and somehow who I play with effects my application? I dont see that as very fair.

Since when do u need lots of posts to apply? 25 is the requirement. Its not about quantity but quality.

Did you play LTD with him? If its worst application, tell him what it lacks. Why not suggest an improvements instead of simply saying its bad?

Most of you guys post useless disagreements with not much purpose.

I have played with Junzzi few times in public games. He is nice guy and give suggestions to others. Everyone has good and bad times in game.

If he knows LTD rules well + seems knowledgeable about the game, I dont see ACTUAL NEGATIVES from being a moderator.

@junzzi Mayb elaborating on ur experience of the game and reasons how u'll improve the community will be a plus. What qualities describe u as a mature person?

I'm usually playing for 4 hours a day, and if I can't get some playing time in, I'm looking through the forums daily to see where I can assist in.

His post quality is fine and he seems to know what he talks about.
If he shifts some of the hours of his activity to the forum work, then I dont see any major reaons to decline him.
Concerning his attitude, we will see soon enough how he behaves.

i do support junzzi for getting mod, just because he is a well good guy, and he gets along with everyone. never seen him flame everyone or calling names because they did stupid shit, he plays fair and i did see some of his bans and they all valid and we need more mods like him. anyway that been said , i do encourage the acceptance of him getting mod. he never broke a rule and hes always in a good mood cheering people up
check some of the replays we have and u see what am talking about

id like to see more work in brq and appeals forums and just more constructive posts in general. I dont know this guy , but it seems like a lot of people say hes nice, but a few say he rages so the truth probably lies somewhere in the middle (from time to time). Regardless, if he does do some more posting I would support as we could use another active LTD moderator

Some offense intended here, but how is it that you are in charge of anything in an administrative capacity? If you intend to degrade all the applicants before even seriously considering them, it seems that you want to run people of more so than help them (personally I feel as if that completely violates the whole ENT Mission). I've been active on Warcraft III for well over 6 years and I've played every version of LTD and am currently a member of LIHL. I like JunZzi personally, and the treatment of this application is completely unfair. The goal of any good administration should be to coach and teach, not belittle and berate.

I apologize for not using as much tact here, but as I'm not seeking a position with ENT, I felt it my duty to let you all know how distasteful this whole thread has become...

I'm here to try and better the community, Ill be honest, i've had my bad days in some games, but who hasn't, I'm applying because I care about this community, , I'm a well mannered guy, I'm always giving a helping hand in games, I'm very active, and I want to give some of my time to the ENT community and Forums to help people in BRQ/Appeals , I'm no different then anyone else, and I'm not looking to be treated higher or lower, my goal is to make ENT a better environment for the gamers. At the End of the day, that's the only thing that matters.
