Well, I didn't want that this goes so far, but he simply won't stop breaking two rules, even though people (me included) have told him several times already that he is breaking the rules.
Not only does he always try to leak as much as possible on a lvl 17 race so the creeps are stuck in middle which resulst in many unfair wins (I know, this isn't against the rules, but I thought everyone stopped doing this lame crap ... but lately it is starting to happen again) but he also always builds delay in the middle where they (can) attack creeps of the other lane, and sometimes even building delays on the dark green area, like in this game:

You can fast forward till level 17.

Rules state:
-All players must build on their own lane, and cannot build a tower that will attack a creep from the opposite lane.
-Building any towers in the dark green area is prohibited.

No idea why he keeps breaking them ..

Well i was told by eldryan that we r allowed to build on dark green area and we are allowed to build delays on dark green area also...so if a mode from llihl tell me that is allowed i will do it...
if not allowed just tell me and i will stop...since last time was eldryan telling me that i could i will keep doing it till a mod say to me stop...
i dont mind in stop do delays etc on 4s to race 17 but just put on rules them!

BTW all ppl is building on dark green area...mainly after 17 and 20...
cuz mods told us that we could...so r the rules wrong or wtf??

Every player has to read/know the rules, so it's only your fault. You were also told several times that it's against the rules and you only replied with "idc, eld told me it's allowed so I do it".

So all replays needed to be watch cuz a lot of ppl r building on dark green since they said it was allowed when DB got banned again!

Dude there is a huge difference from expanding starting build which goes 1-2 tiles into dg and purposely build several delay units to win
Especially the thing with not building/building pure crap/building mass delay to win a game is against my way of playing
I do not want this league to turn into a "win at all cost" league which it almost turned into when I started here (hence all the rules and rulechanges)

I don't like to exploit all bugs and loopholes you can to win but I don't see a reason why there should be rules against it - so if mods approve of this behaviour I can survive you being one of the few to do like this

I said u can that game, because you were solo. You can build anywhere as long as your towers don't attack/get attention of creeps from the other lanes. In 3v3 for example, one side can build mid.

Building any towers in the dark green area is prohibited.

This has been for 4v4 primarily, and 3v3 one side. The reason we prohibited dark green building was to prevent the glitch from creeps mixing and lagging/glitching, but if no creeps attack those from other lanes, this is achieved anyways (Old rule from double building). The reason we kept the rule about green building is to drive home the point, that building in green will - if both sides leak- glitch creeps from other lanes.

3-4 players told him it was not allowed, yet he said he would keep doin it, just a side note in this case... it was Mass delay on dark green area in 4v4s unless we were told wrong...not much else needed to say

I am pretty sure u said we can build on dark green....and again my creeps dint attacked his lane helping them to kill units....leaks of his lane atacked my delays so it wasnt db...

this game we should win...they leaked 90+ to king on 17 and demons couldnt even reach king and we die..
I AM NOT REPORTING players here...but if u check..... patarinsky and ricky's delays attacked leaks like my delays attacked as diablo is saying...
i am pretty sure if i watch all replays that ends on races on 17, at least 80% of players on lilh would be banned cuz of this delays strategies...
i am sorry if i miss understand eldryans words i wont do it anymore if ppl is geting so anoyed about it...but to prevent it i think we should ban delays before 20....just my opinion...

and as i said again...if we start to watch replays that end on a race on 17 80% of ppl on lihl will be prob banned for 3 days....
so the problem is delaying to race 17...so dont allow it anymore and problem solved....i am so ok with that!!

we told you it wasnt allowed, and if u read lihl rules ,there is 2 rules that goes to what u are not allowed to do, and this breaks both of them.
So no need to change anything, just follow the current rules and it´d be fine. Its been like this for long.
Would a 3rd rule make it better? those 2 + another one meaning the same thing?

Especially if you do it again and again even though you were warned and also built several delays in dark green area.
