Google]Earth, we have had our discussion in the chat. As you know, I do not think you are fit for moderator position on our staff team.

I do not think you have what it takes for the duty, because you kept talking about how you can catch maphackers and etc. If you are discussing about proving yourself, then that's evidence that you don't have the requirements or what it takes for duty.

You also mentioned about giving you a chance in the staff, but being a staff member and the being face of the Enterprise community is a critical position. Not only that you represent everyone, but every single action you do is counted for.

I know the requirements says a minimum of 25 posts and you need to be active, but that's a guide to what you should be doing; that's just an idea for members looking for a position to strive for, to go beyond that expectation. This application isn't looking to well for you, so what I recommend is if you really want to be a staff member, that you prove yourself right now. Go out there on the forums and show what you can do. I know you may lack tools; I've been there and done that, but you can still make a difference.

One major issue is your comprehension. You say something in the first sentence and then the opposite in the next.
Plus, you sometimes do not really understand what we say and if you do, you say the opposite in the next minute.

@Google]Earth Currently, you lack the qualities to become a decent game moderator, specifically:
1) You can't follow simple instructions.
2) You lack good communication skills.
3) You get angry too quickly, esp. on the forum.
4) You don't know what offenses are bannable and how to support your conclusions with proof from the log or replay/timestamps.

These are my humble observations and please consider it to be constructive feedback. Work on improving these areas and I think you can help us here at ENT.

Google]Earth, once again I enjoy your enthusiasm that you bring over to this community it is good and exciting. However it also leads you astray for when you are giving critical advice that mods themselves have learned. You do have the potential to become a moderator everyone does absolutely. For the next month I want you too see how they act in-game, and on the forums try to just understand how they behave and handle with situations, and with that PM's here are your best friend in most situations for where there is possible drama.

Thank you for applying for this position but at the time the staff observes that you are not ready yet.
