If you are not a dodger, so wth is wrong with you to keep changing your ip all the time? You want your account back? so quit our server for a month and then reapply your *ban appeal*.. if admins can trust you, they will release your account, no big deal about it.
Otherwise, they can give you a range ban and then we shall enjoy this ip war to keep you away from our games..
I hope you can understand the point of the ban, which means to follow the games rules.. if there's no rules.. wc3 will die.. and that's the reason why we are here, and why you want to play in our server..
