The bots have been having a lot of issues. I am reasonable confident that the user is not the guilty party here. Although I know Junzzi has gone DC-Pen crazed recently, the bot situation really leaves DC-Pens focusing on the wrong target. (DDOSer).

2/3 of these games are definitely bot problems, The third I will have to wait for the replay to see the message the bot said when Unknown.hu DC'd

The replay message isn't conclusive. Plug pulling and bot errors produce similar errors, even uakf.b has been thrown by them before...
You have seen replays? Asked for them at all? These are @ the dc pens, which you have done... And as I've done about 100x more of these, I'd say it's reverse as far as "having no clue of" what is the situation, especially as you have already shown...

The 3 past DC Pens i have done, have happened late into the game, Which is 99% of the time A DC, Especially when 2/3 of them are from the same person who is having internet problems.

2/3 of these games happened 2 minutes into the game, which is usually a bot problem as of lately
And yes a replay can show me what I need to look for, as I can look at the chat log, If its a bot problem then they can talk, which shows up in the replay.
100x? Lol... You realize i have 300+ Ban appeals right? And you have done 0. A lot of my ban appeals are this same problem, So yes I have more experience then you, And im getting sick and tired of your comments, Quit bringing drama into these forums.

It's drama to dc pen someone for dcing just because it was late in the game. That is far from conclusive. I have not only helped in ban appeals significantly, but have talked to uakf.b about these problems before and helped look into the technical side of it. No, you are far from "more experienced" because of ban appeals on autobans... Not all players try to talk when dcing. Personally I just whisper... I am talking about dc penalties during the DDOS attack without any replays available. All ban requests (obviously) have requested the user to post a replay. This is ENT policy.

I wont be doing any DC Reports for these as of now. the 2 of them that Disconnected in the first 2 minutes are most likely not the players fault.

The 3rd I will have a look at when the servers come back up, Hopefully the replay wont be lost.

As far as DC penalties - we cant just let all DC's go when the bots are acting funky. This would give players a "Freebie" to PP. We do not want this to happen so all DCs will still be investigated, however replays will need to be uploaded with the request as we cannot access them through ENTs site right now.

That is why I am saying to load the pluginman with "please save replays on your pc". And upload them. However apparently "telling the mods what to do" is inappropriate.

No, not necessarily. It happens often that people are apparently about to lag out but can still talk, afaik Madridista could always do so when his lag screen popped up, every single time.

Thats correct diablo, But theres no other way to prove that it was Him Dcing / A Bot problem.
