Brief introduction:
Hi, I am Victor and i have been playing wc3 since ROC... I stated playing DOTA and i got like professional skills on time...
I won a lan house on State Champioship already here on my county... On that time ppl used to play with MH all time...it was comum so i really know how to catch them...After dota 2 started i left playing it and started do play Legion TD mega....I made good friends there, some mods and some high skilled players ( mod: shameiess )....after i get some skill i apply for LIHL and got vouched....
I got the 14th position on last season and i was the most active player on the leage +500 games...
LIHL mods r not always playing with us that was why u totatly supported @eldryan request for mod
But now some bad things r happening on LIHL and it looks we r missing respect for our mates.
I would liketo apply to a LIHL mode cuz i am pretty active 6 - 7 hours day or more and i want to do good for this league
I could also check ban request on LTD games on forum if u want...

I am not telling that mods r not doing their job but since i am more active i am seeing really unrescpectfull thigns on games and before games... i would like to suggest some modifications and talk with mods as a mod to help this league to be a better place to be...srsly a lot of bad things r happening there...ppl dont respect anyone anymore...we need punishiments and new rules agains that imo

As part of the face of the Enterprise/LIHL community, a moderator shouldn't act as such. You lack grammar skills and you use profanity in the face of public.

Many will not take initiative when an issue occurs, which could potentially be a problem.

Since i am playing games all day and i am really active i would help unhosting games that bots crash...i would answer fast the dc penaltys request and unvouch request....i will watch and play with new vouchers that wants to try to apply for lihl...

I do not support this application.

He doesn't seem to have respect for other players, and how he types, it doesn't seem he really takes things seriously. That, and the use of chatspeak constantly is a pet peeve. lol I think it'd grate on other mods' nerves as well.

You do not act in a way that would benefit our community, you use profanity when it's unnecessary, and it is NEVER necessary when responding to a request, or an appeal.


In chat he has been asked a question and he has continually been dodging it. (I only saw one, may have been more.)

I do not participate in league, however, if we need a mod that can help better the league, surely there is one better suited than one who dodges questions, doesn't offer constructive statements, or has the courtesy to handle something in a mature manner.

Being a moderator is something that needs to be somewhat professional. I.E. the lack of grammar is stunning, the lack of politeness is equally so, and how you treat moderators when they are trying to understand your point of view is incredibly discouraging.

Unhosting games doesn't solve a problem, it eliminates it.
Unhosting games will cause new issues, due to those who haven't done anything.

I do not support his aplication either.

He will not better the league, As what he said, That he will unhost ALL Games.

He doesn't have the professionalism, Nor does he respect the current mods and often times Insults them and the current players.

His way of trying to fix current problems, Is to create more problems, That is not going to work. Sometimes games get unhosted when they shouldn't, And his first response to when his game got Unhosted is to Blame the Mods, and Say they are Abusing there Powers.

When in Actual fact, Non of the mods had anything to do with it, Instead of making a post trying to figure out what happen, He Insults the players and the current Mods.

We welcome all suggestions/complaints but I don't think you'd be a suitable to be a mod.

I do not support this application. Not that I do not like godlik3 or anything. I am purely stating (from a perspective of the betterment of the league) that I think adding godlik3 to the moderator team would not be beneficial. As of right now, he lacks the communication skills necessary to be an effective mod. And as far as his suggestions are concerned; I think that adding more and more rules is a big part of the problem with the LIHL. There are already rules in place to address his current complaint - which is, in my opinion, an isolated incident.

We do appreciate your feedback and contributions on the forums (when they are respectful and helpful.) But I think at this time we should not push this application forward.

At this time I feel that you are not qualified to be a moderator. I enjoy your enthusiasm and your concerns for some of the lihl and ent in general however they are not entirely ones that would fit perfectly. We also do enjoy suggestions so if you feel something is worth while then push it within the suggestion forums!

For next time: I suggest first you spell check, im not asking for perfect grammar at all but I would like cause instead of cuz, or are instead of r. I also suggest you increase your activity in the ban request section and also improve the choice of words you use in threads. Having threads that contain the F word in them or any swearing for that matter generally gets you no where.

Thank you for applying and you may re-apply for staff in 1-2 months.
