Again suspicions but no proof. I have spoken at length at providing ss during games. I don't see why there should be any problems? I am happy to give a ss during lihl games this should hopefully reassure you

I often build assuming opponent mhs. If you check all my replays you will see I change all my build last second almost every game

We are not going to have a 30min pause every game you are in just for you.

You failed your trial, your plays are still suspicious. Come back and re-try for a trial vouch in 5-6 months of solid and clean play.

30 minute pause? It takes so short to send ss... I don't see how the league can grow with this attitude. I asked for a chance and this is the response im getting. Its not like I have been proven to mh and im willing to send ss any time. I have few players I can bring with me from Euro who are very good to make the league bigger. Its a shame really.

If it takes so short time to send ss why did you fail the previous one ? it is so simple.

You are asking for a *second* chance after you suspiciously failed the first one.

This is not a court of law, we do not have to prove that you are guilty beyond any reasonable doubt. The continuously suspicious play is enough.

As I explained I had a temporary laptop which I was not sure how to use. never used Windows 8 before. I don't see how this is not reason enough :S. I have thankfully got my original laptop back and I am familiar with how to send a SS with it. So I don't see how there can be any future problems?

Its funny how im being judged on suspicious activity and yet there are players in LIHL who are proven to MH on ENT and yet this is accepted. I don't see how this is fair. Im not one to judge but I am being as compromising as possible and willing to SS every game asked now I have my laptop back. All this serious talk and we forget it is a game to be enjoyed. I was not expecting such a reaction to be honest. I want to join the league and bring some more good players with me from Euro.

Otherwise do not slander our community just because you are not welcome here.

We have explained in details the reasons you are not welcome yet you refuse to take responsibility of your fault ( fail ss test ) and keep asking for more.

I did not slander the community at all. I mentioned a fact that I thought was known. I could be mistaken however. Your comments are appreciated, I hope you can see beyond this.

The thing is, you are made fully aware that we will be running SS tests and that it is your responsibility to make sure you comply.
As with all players we gave you a chance and frankly you blew it.
Understandably the community has doubts over you, whether you are now clean or not.

So there is 2 ways to look at this at
1. you are lying all over our faces and are still MH'ing and found some way to take screenshots which doesn't include the MH shown
2. You are actually trying to change and you aren't MH'ing either here or in pubs but only try to counter potential MH'ers by that suspicious MH

Either way it seems to me that you should be given a chance since there are no proof and since you are willing to do whatever the mods ask of you - I see no reason that this shouldn't be enough for a trial period - we don't quite trust you yet but that will come by itself later I'm sure if you are given a chance

Mods - if he is not given a chance now will he ever be given a chance? - might aswell come clean

It is his job to prove he is clean due to his suspicious act, not our job to prove he is guilty right now. It is not a court of law.

As I said , come back in few months with solid and clean playstyle and you can get a chance in my opinion

Feor I appreciate your point and it is a valid one. However there are two sides to every argument. I hope we can come to some agreement. I am very flexible and am willing to comply with any restrictions imposed. I think that should be a compromise don't you think? My play style if u watch the replays is always counter mh. I build and sell last second to avoid them making a plan. It is a style I have adapted for 1v1 which has served me very well. I appreciate I need to prove that I don't MH but how is several months going to fix that? Surely a more logical way is to check SS in games.

Well what you basically are saying is that he will have to do mistakes in his games to prove he is right for LIHL?

My point is if we don't try him out in LIHL I don't think we will ever be sure if he MH's or not OR tell him that he will never have in chance in LIHL beccause I don't think these replays of 1v1 is proof enough to call him a cheater or prove enough to make sure he doesn't
