Rule player violated: Game ruining intentionally
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): First 5 minutes of game tossed me into the enemy teams tower twice knowing what he was doing. Tried to toss me out of teleporting later in the game at the bottom lane. Then at end of the game he continued to try and toss our team into enemy players.
Any further thoughts: PLease also consider banning the opposing players who would not votekick him out of the game when they knew exactly what was going on. We gave them fair warning that if they ignored kick there was a ban that could potentially come with it. THanks

suckme4ur4gvnes@east is banned 7 days for using skills against allies maliciously. repeatedly and randomly tosses pudge (mostly) into bad situations.

no one will be banned for refusing to votekick, as the situation could have been explained much more clearly and there were only two votekick attempts.
