Rule player violated: Abusive of Power by Host
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):
Any further thoughts: Host kicked me for a second time. He didn't like how I was playing I suppose and once again tried to claim an item on the map (though he was nice enough to split the gold). After I died he kicked me for no reason.

Re: Ban Umbrella_Corp
hello, I am Umbrella_Corp I certainly did not abuse any power, Krom entered my base and activated t-rex urine to lure all the dinos to me which resulted in intentional destruction of my base by krom so I kicked him.
Re: Ban Umbrella_Corp
T-Rex pee was activated at low health and good chance of death. And as Umbrella_Corp claimed during the game, he wasn't even using that base - HE VERY PROUDLY CLAIMED THIS in chat. And Umbrella_Corp waited, he kicked me a few minutes after the incident, so if what I did was such a problem why did he not kick immediately? Instead he waited until I was dead, and then kicked me for spite. And if you watch the replay, who was doing all the insulting? Only him. I didn't insult him once.
I'll admit that I attacked him in the first game to which he alludes in the chat of the 2nd game, but it was for the same childish insults and provocation by verbally claiming an item for himself. He's completely unsportsmanlike. It made me angry so I attacked him to which he kicked me immediately. So I'll take some fault for being kicked the first time, but the 2nd game (of which the replay is posted) was nothing but an abuse of power.
This was not a private game, it was on bot ENT47.

Re: Ban Umbrella_Corp
Actually, you were kicked by a player who held the slot of red. Red is able to kick players at will and chose the modes. Now it would be illogical to close the red slot as it would render mode selection impossible. Now, unless you are proficient with JASS, then it would be impossible edit the map to allow people to vote for modes.
Re: Ban Umbrella_Corp
That's correct, I was kicked by a player who was red. This is why I recommended he be banned, for using this power unnecessarily. But since we're talking about map suggestions, I might as well make one:
You can eliminate Red's ability to kick at will. I doubt all hell will break loose. The !votekick function still exists, and if you really think red needs to be special, then maybe his vote will count for 2 out of 3 instead of just 1 or something like that.
But my understanding is that a clan bot still hosts the map, so even if I JASS changed the map it really wouldn't matter because it wouldn't be the official map. I know because when I private host the game myself, I can load my score code, but I don't receive a new one at the end of the game. so it's not like I can avoid playing on the clan ENT47 bot. I guess what I'll have to do is just avoid this Umbrella guy.
And let me clarify something, when I attacked him in the first game - it's not like I ruined his game. It was my survivor attacking his survivor. Lets do some simple math: I do 2dmg about every 1.5 second. But I had an axe in my inventory so its plus 5. So my dps is 14/3 which is less than 5. Now he has (I'm guessing) no less than 0.75 natural hp regen plus the 3hp per sec he gets from the thorn flower herb which he not-so-graciously out competed me for. And his dude has 130hp. So basically, I was tickling him. Proves that even though he kicked me with justification the first time - he was still trigger happy. The second game was uncalled for though - and that is what I posted the ban request for.
It doesn't really matter that much. It's obvious that this Umbrella_Corp character is unsportsmanlike, not to mention very entitled - must be an only child or something, but I don't suspect that you'll ban either of us since it was just a tit-for-tat altercation over almost nothing. But I would suggest looking into possibilities where Red has less power so he, or guys like him, just can't kick people on a whim and then force people like me to ban appeal every single time (since getting kicked also counts as leaving).

Re: Ban Umbrella_Corp
Certainly we ban when there's abuse on red spot. In this case red acted correctly.
You*krom86* had nothing to do in his base. You used T-Rex Pee in his base to mess the game to red. Well done, you're temp banned for your attitude.
Scares off all the little dinosaurs, but attracks larger ones. Good to use when you need to abandon your base mid-game.
