Do you think your english is good enough for basic communication with us? Teamplay and communication is very important in this league so if you don't understand anything of what we say it will be problematic.

That confused me also. But scuds and artmas are 2 different people. They are using 2 different IPs and have 2 different sets of aliases.

But yeah, this comment needs to be explained further:

Hi @Diablo_ and @iightfyre,

You boths are correct about his application "cut and paste" from scuds, and artmas and scuds are different people.

I know artmas can be communicated if you use common English, and his knowledge about the towers is deep. Maybe scuds will talk with artmas to clarify about "artmas@asia" for "artmas@useast.battle.net".

In my opinion, I do support and vouch for artmas.

I would support him too. I played with him a while back and I don't remember anything wrong with his abilities or his manners. His English didn't seem to interfere with his teamwork either.
