Can't Unban

Hi, there seems to be some sort of problem with my bans.I jokingly banned my friend in game using !ban name and I intended to delete him from banlist from ent link but when I open ent link and click manage my bans it doesn't show his name the only name I see is this one

my friend's name is onee-chan and he gets this error when he joins my game
would like a little help with this issue thanks in advance .

Validate all ur bnet accs under ur forum acc.
Go to ent link: https://entgaming.net/link/
Click validate your account.

Once uve successfully validated, check ur personal banlist again.

Actually I was using eurobattle at the time I banned and my friend was from garena I think

U use hosting through our web site?
Make sure ur forum name is same as ur eurobattle name.

well my forum name is IX Oscar XI while on eurobattle it's IXOscarXI but where it says "Owner name (your in-game username):" on ENTLink I always enter IXOscarXI (my eurobattle username).

Ix oscar xi is not same as ixoscarxi...make it same plz. Make ur forum name ixoscarxi.

and you sure it's about that cause in the box in ent link where it asks for owner of game I input my eurobattle name i.e. IXOscarXI

ur entconnect name has to be same as ur eurobattle name for ur personal banlist to work...

U can either make a new forum name as ixoscarxi
Or
U can request to change ur forum name to ixoscarxi
Or
U can request to validate ixoscarxi@eurobatlle under ur ix oscar xi forum acc.

Well where to request if this is the right place and since you are a mod I request you to change it to "ixoscarxi".

Well I went to Ent Link and it has no option of eurobattle only USWest/USEast/Asia/Europe in the realm drop down.

I like the 2nd and 3rd options if you can help me with either one of them it'd be great.
