[DOTA] 6 people need to be banned

Rule player violated: Clinks game ruin. refuse to help for last 25 mins, and feed both leavers repeatedly to scourge.
I initiated two votekicks and nobody on scourge bothered to vote even once, even after i explained the rules.
PL even taunted me.

Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): as soon as krob left.
Any further thoughts:
We obviously had the game in the bag but due to 2 leavers, 1 thrower and 5 people refusing to kick we lost. Throw in the trash talk and I expect to see serious bans coming out on this one.

Although the second VK was late, I'm gonna allow the bans on those who didn't vote because the ruining was so clear and clearly communicated for over 10 min and no one else even attempted to start a VK or vote.
