The new g-proxy

Postby HealByColor » Tue Apr 15, 2014 1:12 am

I was wondering if anyone could help me get the new g-proxy. By new I mean the one that most people use that doesn't require LAN. Just a link with basic directions I can figure out the rest.

Only a mind free of impediments is capable of grasping the chaotic beauty of the world. This is our greatest asset.

I really appreciate the link. I followed these directions to a T. I seem to be still getting a socket error when the proxy loads. I changed the 1.25 to a 1.26 to see if that would help did nothing. Any further assistance would be appreciated.

Are you using windows? If so, you can use the follow command:
run cmd.exe
type ipconfig /flushdns

or

Create a bat file example, save as "flushdns.bat":
Inside the bat file type in 2 lines below, and to run just click it.

@echo off
ipconfig /flushdns

Then run Gproxy.exe

If all fail, just reboost your comp.

NB: credit goes to pewpew.

bnet_hostname = Europe.battle.net
bnet_game_indicator = [G]
bot_port = 6222

# patch 1.25 changed the offset in war3.exe where game.dll was loaded
# gproxy uses by default the offset value for 1.25.For 1.24 set the loader_offset to 4549476

loader_offset = 4549532

My modifications.

bnet_hostname = U.s. East.battle.net
bnet_game_indicator = [G]
bot_port = 6222

# patch 1.25 changed the offset in war3.exe where game.dll was loaded
# gproxy uses by default the offset value for 1.25.For 1.24 set the loader_offset to 4549476

loader_offset = 4549532
