Well, im here about 1 month, before i played on DotaCash, and predominantly on ICCup(CIS Dota server) . Since im a newbie here, i have been just watching : what this server is, what kind of players are. And
accidentally i have seen the announce( requiers staff members) which Criteria is: 25 posts and several commented BRQ/Appeal request. What i've done
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate)? 6-7 hours
What is your current time zone? (UTC+06:00)
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: Well, I have been moderating ICCup 5-6 months, that section is Map Hack, Game ruiners . Yes, ENT's rules a bit different , but i already read it. Generally they are same. I had plenty of experience workin with DRM,EC,RS.
Why do you want to become a game moderator?Cause, i play a lot of public games, whatever bots they use (EU,USA+CA) and can see players from inside. And i dont possess any clan or team, therfore, all of my conclusions will based objectively. I wanna help to ENTGAMING and to myself as well
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community? Being the player with ping 150-200ms, i have begining watch to the game on the other hand, and could see games more deeply. What i did not realised when i had 40-60ms . When u had low ping you dont carry about anything, u just fell that you are ok and could farm,dodge as much as possible.With that attitude u cannot define anythyng oddly. Thats why,what i actually could promise is less game ruiners,hackers and more fun and quality games.

Little more info about YOU as a person. What you do besides of "being new here". School, work, etc.
Also need to see you active (chat, forum, etc) 25 posts is min, yes. However, that should go up really fast.

Im a student, and my major is economics. In addition, i love to swim and play chess. What about posts, yes, it is not problem to grow it up for me with such many brq/appeal per day. I have been watching there a lot of archieve treads, did not reply there though.(include all section).

well, as i am still a just regular player i could let to myself some insult to my teamtes if they have absolutly no clue about the game and dont wanna listen you. For instance u tell them: Mate, lets make a diffusal against omni repel, and he responds you with insult and ingoring the game procces. In this case i could let myself to be a cruel. Cause it is a team game, and u shouldnt have play alone, and for that exist rules. And every time after game, till i accepct a conclusion about them, im trying to understand and look at that with their eyes. Why he/she has done it.

Being a new user is fine but what makes you confident that being a "newb" qualifies you for a mod position which actually asks for knowledge, not only with tools and administrative work but also with the community in general?

It kind of gives me the feeling you came over here and try your luck. What brought to you ENT in the first place?

After constantly crushes DotaCash bots and i tired of my own CIS servers. i have been looking for something quality to play dota, then somewhere i saw ENTGAMING cannot remind where. And then decided to visit it then to say here . I really liked this community. Cause it is like a family has such good,positive apmosphere, yeah it is no ideal. But i guess anywhere doesnt exist any ideal commuinty. Where good players, there bad staff, Where good staff and forum community there a lot of ruiners. Its such indivudual thing i even cannot explain why i'd prefer ENTGAMING rather others. You just feel it, it is yours or not.

Im from Kazakhstan. You prolly havent seen anyone from my country here, cuz mostly kazakh,russian,ukraine,etc CIS countries play at their own platform.

Its my passion to do this work. Being a new i got my own experince and a differen vision. Hope i could learn from you and combine it with my own skill.

Vision as in?

Prove you are willing to commit time and activity on forum.
When you comment on brqs, plz be more specific including time stamps and names of player/violator. You started to post on forum and brqs. But to show your knowledge of the game, we expect more analysis with timestamps. No timestamp = no support for the mod who will review.

You said that you have been a staff at iccup. Since you are experienced with DRM and other tools, please do some cases and post your findings.

First of all thanks for all your replies,tips, and a bit criticism. that means like for people here an important to know who will manage their brq/ apply. And im really appreciated for that. Well, tmrw im gonna get some rest at the mountain's house, 1st rest after winter, i wont be here a couple days or a bit more. Guys, can you give me some time? As soon as i come here, i wud prove my skill at map hack detection. And may i ask you 1 question? Can you( main administrators) let to yourself for instance in the game just kick a player, just cuz he is wining you? Cause at ICCup,DotaCash main admins do that, they just say to players: i am main admin and i coud let to myself whatever i want, and when u were trying to report them u get an answer he is main admin and he is always right! The point is why am i asking you is im trying to understand your policy as main admins here.

The head administrators have to follow the rules as any one other player or staff member, too. If they kick without a proper and legit reason, it is abuse.

My overall impression from you is not good nor bad. I think you simply need to spend more time at ENT and in the community which is why I recommend you re-applying in a month after you got familiar with the rules and regulations at ENT.

Please keep in mind to keep your activity up once you returned from your break/holidays.
