In regards to Ban Requests

Noticed that when you click on Ban Requests that a template of what you need to fill in comes up automatically, thought I think the part where it says on topic name to insert the victim's name and gateway, everyone is typing their own name. Since the term victim seems to be the one impacted by the actions of one or more individual(s). So I thought perhaps we could change it to violator's name instead for the topic name bit.
