Why you should be unbanned: i didn't do anything

so i was in a game with murdah. he fed a gem. gouzhgong or whatever said he gonna bban murdah. i log on today and I'M banned also. wtf. if you check replay i'm in the game also...so you guys banned both ip's. he played at my house twice. why am i being banned for someone else's actions. please fix
