I got a Fatal Error and Hydra reports DC Penalty for me....

It's ok, then....

BTW, fog click detector buggs my warcraft....can someone tell why??

Don't use fog click detector in legion games. prevents the fatal

That's what the DC penalty is good for, Dragon. Reducing plug pulling cause "every" DC gets penalised aswell as giving the players something back for their invested time into the game.
