Any further thoughts: The game was going well for us until 17 minutes into the game. At 17 minutes, g0nz0 asks us to team up and gank the other team. 30 seconds later, seeing that his request wasn't met as promptly as he'd liked, he decides that the game is unwinnable and doesnt help. At 19 minutes, the other team makes a successful push on top rax while g0nz0 farms neutrals right next to them and doesn't help us defend. He then keeps farming and nothing else for another 10 minutes. At 29 minutes I initiate a votekick to get rid of him, at which point he buys mass wards. The votekick passes, but the harm was done. In my opinion, he deserves a longer than average ban because he boasted that even if he throws the game, he would only get banned for 1 day or so.
