Situation: it says im banned and my username is frostbite?
Why you should be unbanned: I only have two names, teamlor and whotheman. Why did my stats on whotheman get reset? DId I get ban by mistake?

I mean typically the lowest we give grievances for on maphack bans are 3 months and this evidence is pretty steep at the moment so I wouldn't see anyone approving a straight unban today.

I just found out that was my cousin playing on that day using that name. Can you check to see if frostbite have two ip?

I can't check it because I'm currently of the process of having my mod powers restored but I will tell you that as my 2 years of experience unless you can prove it I wouldn't count on them removing the ban.

Whotheman loses stats if you do not playing it for 6 months I believe, to get your stats back on said account. Once you do get unbanned you will have to play 1 game, and then post in technical support to ask a red mod to restore your stats. Good Luck.

Greens can do it too, ask a red or a green.

All I am saying is that I don't map hack and don't need map hack. That was not me playing and my cousin was playing at my house using map hack. I have never been reported for map hacking or got ban for map hack. Look at how many games I have played for ent. All I am saying that I am clean and my cousin f me up.

Whether your cousin messed you up or not doesn't matter. We're not going to unban your IP, best alternative is entconnect because we don't unban. We consider your internet your responsibility here so honestly I'd just say deny this and come back in 3 months.

Well for starters you need to have someone whitelist you, you go to the entconnect tab on the menu bar and set it up via that way. You also need java 5+

To ease up what karasu said, you can find a guide on how to use entconnect here. Though entconnect is useless to you at the moment, I hope you know you are held responsible for anything that happens to your account and that you should take full accountability whatsoever.
