Warcraft III username: OZE
Realm: uswest.battle.net
Situation: Banned for Mh
Why you should be unbanned: There is not enough evidences to prove that I was MH. I'm just one of those player that has played for a long time and has experiences at "Looking at mini map" as you will see in this replay. When they said that at 13:30 " I thought it was suspicious how he waited for SA to attack warlock before showing himself". At that time in the replay It didn't make sense about me Waiting for SA to attack all, the replay had shown that I was going to the shop to buy my dagger.As you know dagger plays a very important part when their partner is baiting and you are preparing to jump in. 19:01" Runs away then Blinks away from invisible LC" I had proof why I had b from LC. At 18:51 LC is shown coming downing Bot and at Bot there was an Ob ward set up by Lock which had shown him coming down toward the hill and as you will see that when I also took off. LC was not in invis mode that time as well so you can see him in in my mini map. 24:10 "Runs away from invisible SA" again Mini Map and ob ward play a huge role in this part. At 24:06 you will that I already had an ob ward set up at bot and at that time CM was also setting up an ob ward. You will see that CM had set up the ob ward and then afterwards came toward me which is the real reason why I had B not from SA but CM . I also even stated in the replay at 24:24 that "CM has warded their jungle". This Proof shows that I was actually looking at my mini map and that the real reason why I had b.As you guys know its very hard to tell when a SA is there since he always invis, unless you have a gem or wards. If you guys do have the time please go back and cheek carefully, I though this was unfair to me since there were so many evidences that was not seen in this replay.

Re: innocent
The problem with MH (according to playdota) is that it is undetectable, when you turn off fog clicks. This is likely to be true. The bigger problem is you get many cries of map hacks against good players (I've seen it very often), in dota2 you don't get this since mh doesn't exist.
So unless its blatant, its very difficult to spot in games like Dota.

@Bambleclaw
I will go little offtopic from this brq, but u stated interesting points.
This cannot be helped, but the biggest problem is its cause when people stupidly accuse ppl of mhing ingame before they even have solid proof. So, if indeed true, some mhers turn their mh off.
I can also tell u reversly there are ppl who r good, yet mh. Some r caught; others r good at concealing their clicks. Every game has hackers. The difference is anti hack detection technology and resources available to minimize cases.
This is the job of a mod. We judge the game through collective knowledge and experience when reviewing games with no fog click, but with suspicious plays. If no fog clicks, we cannot be 100% sure, but if we have enough blatant or solid evidence, we will ban.
