Graphics Topic

Hey was wondering if it might be possible to create a template when people are replying to topics on graphics page for example, running a script like:

Signature Type: Anime / Non-Anime (Please write if is non-anime to what is related)
Character/rs: IF there is One/More then One
Text: Any Text you wish to be Input (AS in your name , your ID, your Non ENT ID)
Usage: Specific ENT Forum Or Global/Universal Use

For those topics which are part of a Labortary, ie where the designers take on work from users and upload them up.

I think that require alot of Java/Flash/CSS.
I for example, since many peoples without "saying the name" keep mantein unclean my post in Laboratory, i was thinking to make a Globaòl Topic where Peoples have to input info there, and Asap as I or other ones resolve them, they will be posted into appropriate sections. So we made Topics/Threads Lighter to read and without too much Uhhh

Topic might change, some people might just want to comment on something.

It's already been done with Ban Appeals and Ban Requests

You could just do it to the Sig Requests thread he made

Since it's a topic I think it's more clear than in the forums where people might not even open the posting format. If it becomes a problem it can be added. But if it is added then it takes a lot longer to update format in case that needs to be done. Or if topic changes for some reason.
