Brief introduction:
I'm stealer, I'm pretty straight forward and I've played wc3 for many years although with a few breaks. Main games I've played are swat & id but bships pro/xfire were my general off games that I played (although since I've played for like a decade I've played almost any game).

What are your current hours of playing time?
Evenings, ~7pm+.

What is your current time zone?

Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III:
ex-mbot.
Used to be mod on all swat bots, just alice atm (theres only really 2 bots now anyways).
I've played many games including swat v1 (2004-).

Why do you want to become a game moderator?
To increase the number of bs/id brqs processed as well as unban deservant users.

What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community?
I'm fairly active and know the rules of ID and contributed to the rules of BS. I've done many fcd requests as well as assisted on some non-fcd mh requests. Obviously being part of the ID community I'm a bit of a troll but as shown by some of the 'ban appeals' I still assist new users in a helpful way.

Capable with map hack cases involving the use of fcd and drm. Knowlegeable with games you play. Im sure you will be able to do your share of the work if you want to.

From what I've seen, this guy trolls a whole lot. He's got a lot of things going for him, but his seriousness towards brqs and appeals is iffy.

Something everyone needs to understand - Just because someone trolls doesn't mean they can't be an effective staff member. Prime example is jew. It is possible for someone to know when to be serious. Watch out for confirmed retards, though, like apomtom.

Sure, I've pm'd mods about their opinions before posting (or deciding not to) a brq as well as let arty handle some disagreements i've had with mods/judgements before.

ID & bs ones, yes.
I don't play dota / ltd for the record but fogclicking / game ruining (sometimes) are straight forward.

Could limit it, I don't see much reason why I shouldn't be allowed to make alts like "LichardIsAMher" and etc.
Vast majority of my posts in ba/brqs are legit anyways imo.

I have seen a lot of attitude issues with Cambrio, no worse than a lot of us, but I feel he'll need to work on the attitude he has with people.

I'd prefer not to have to be doing, if you're expecting me to I'd be willing to do a first mod on it because of in general his 'fear' of being ganked was always correct as well as he never messed up dodging ww.
7:24~7:50 brown 'predicts' very well what angles teal is coming from and almost as soon as teal stops chasing brown stops juking.
~27:45-27:50 he maintains the same distance from yellow the entire time while normally (even with all/most enemy mia) he stays closer to his allies.
~31:46 is one of those things I'm not sure to count as evidence or not, I guess if he was skilled he could predict that very well.
~36:10 he hit teal pretty square & seemed to know that teal gave up.

If the case was whether or not lb was fountain farming I'd definitely ignore it as fountain farming is not explicitly defined and lb got few kills from being near the fountain which seems contrary to what the term is.

imo Beasyouare. is a noob although a few of his deaths seem intentional vast majority seem just him being bad, I did watch the replay at 4+x though which I was doing an actual judgement I wouldn't.
The fountain farming though i'd have no problem banning for since in this case its a lot of kills and diving.

U should be able to do fogclick based mh cases. U dont neccessarily have to do dota suspicious-plays-based-mh-proof cases. Even if u do decide to do these, we have awaiting confirmation section for a second mod's confirmation.

fountain farming is not explicitly defined

Not only now but also in the past I got the feeling that you have got problems correctly interpreting the rules (at least seeing it diffrenently than most mods). What is the reason behind that?

Excessive fountain farming: Fountain farming for longer than three minutes is not allowed.

By well defined I mean there's no mention on if they need to be getting kills (as farming would imply) or just in the vicinity or what the vicinity is.

I'm not quite sure a dota brq I would do would get questioned. I would do ones that seemed obvious to me such as the guy ran straight down middle for 4mins to feed or something like that. In the two dota ones above only in the second (viewtopic.php?p=142184#p142184) I would've 'processed' the brq for fountain farming, you disagree?

Tbh I'd prefer for you to link those interpretations.
