Situation: Banned by IP because you guys should fucking learn how to set up your bans -.-
Why you should be unbanned: Because I'm not banned... You banned my bro' while we were playing together in the same game, he left because we had trolls on our games + one perma-lagger who refused to quit (we were spammed by his lag issues) so he left, I stood until the end when I left because no one else wanted to play (they were afk fountain).

Moral of the story: IP banning is shit. Learn to ban the account on a specific realm instead, thanks.

IP banning is not "shit". If people only banned someone on one account on one realm, then they same person could make another account and get right back on another game two minutes later, an IP ban is actually 100% needed.

Regarding bans: IP bans are necessary otherwise it is easy to just make a new account to dodge the ban. The next time your brother gets banned then make an appeal and we'll see what we can do.
