Custom Hero Arena Update Again

A lot of bugs were found thanks to the open beta testing. This version has fixed them. ENT62 is currently autohosting this map. Thanks in advance! After this I will be able to spend time adding skills and heroes. This should relieve the pressure on bug related issues. Thanks!
