Rule player violated:
1. stanleyz13 - See the rules on excessive feeding and ruining.
2. wendy_wen and n0pe. - See the votekick rule on Also refusing to votekick when a player has clearly violated a rule (make sure to ensure it via all chat if you are on the opposite team). The votekick has began from about 15 min but clearly they have ignored the requests.
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):
At 24 to 25 min in the game, furion has his items sold and teleports to bottom lane to feed.
Throughout the game, scourge players have been reminded to kick furion for excessive feeding, however this fell on deaf ears, especially for drow whose username is n0pe. Although wendy_wen finally relented after multiple reminders, the game was clearly thrown by stanleyz13's excessive feeding.

Any further thoughts:
Kindly look into the situation and take the necessary action to punish these players. They spoil the mood of the game. Do remove the ELO too. Thank you and have a nice day.

This guy was definitely feeding. At first it appears he is just a noob but as the game goes on he starts to feed more intentionally.

The last 3 times were tp's directly into enemy heroes with no nearby allies.

It appears trax(n0pe.) never voted for any of the votekicks, and lc(wendy_wen) voted on the last 2 attempts.

yeah this is inexcusable. No reason not to votekick this person, wendy is lucky that the rules are they way they are because he/she should have kicked earlier as well.

stanleyz13 @ west banned 14 days for game ruining / intentional feed/ item destruction


n0pe. @ euro banned 7 days for refusing to kick a very clear ruiner.
