Any further thoughts: I was able to get to get to the base first. He pinged, but [ent] rules (I should know this) states that whoever gets to the base first has rights to the base. I told him to get out. He then tked my shelter. Then I started a VK which did not work out. He then continued to tk my pools, shelters, towers. After ~4 minutes into the game, I was finally able to get him kicked.
