eldruan just rage quit on game on wave 7 and after he signed for another game that i said i refused to play with a rager quit and he kicked me on lihl74f...but after i played cuz in respect for the another signed players....
no excuse...he quit the game and still online on bnet, no message on errorconect or anything he just left...it was a rage quit

He can still demand dc penalty. That last dc penalty eldryan got from HBC was also to eldryan's advantage (the game I mean). Player left, circumstances may be whatever, dc penalty can be applied. I am not saying that I am supporting the sentiment, but the rule has been applied like this before and most-likely will be again.
What the mods will do with supposed ragequit and the kick and the messages from both sides is up to their judgement.
