admin abuse

pretty tired of getting !kick from games. this is like 5th time. would like a warning at least to be issued, thx.

jubadus and pata dropped from game and it was drawn - there is no admin abuse in kicking you :)

You were already in troubles for abusing owner commands a few times, so stop using it to your own liking.
Do not kick anyone unless there is a reason to (lagging observer for example). I don't want to see this happening again.
