I liked your application, although I think it might be better if you wait a bit more and get acquainted with the community before applying to be a game moderator so that when(if) you do become a moderator you will already know the rules and all. But anyways I'll let Crispz make the final decisions for game moderators.

Anyways, your application did bring up one question: What would your response be to a player who is being insulting towards another player or towards you (both cases)? How would you handle the "situation"?

Good luck!

Thanks uakf.b! As for your question..

→ I would give them a warning to cut it down a notch and if they continue to verbally insult me or the player I would mute them for 5 mins then 10 then 20 If they choose not to stop.

Well said, you're very friendly and easy to talk with in the forum. But the behavior to act toward different situations is another story. To response to uakf.b's question, i think that it would be best if you can find one the replay that you actually played on clan ENT bot that show your code of conduct and behavior. It would help us a lot to process your application.

But so far you have my support :)

Oh, sweet_game, he might not have encountered such a situation, I was just asking the question. Also, just a thought, if the player is insulting you, I think it might be better to keep cool and ignore it. Of course if it starts being disruptive to the entire game then I guess muting is appropriate.

As well as for now you'll be in a enclosing posture.
Due to the fact that we need to know you more desirable.
Because you appear out of no where.
And by analyzing the Stat's Database, you only rejoice five DotA Games with the following:

ELO: 983.16
Games: 5 W/L: 2/3 (40%)
Kills: 10 Assists: 7
Deaths: 14 KDR: 0.7:1
Last Hits: 54 Denies: 2
Towers: 0 Rax: 0
KPG: 2 DPG: 2.8

You'll be on hold for now

You've complained about other peers leaving in your current application.
But you have a leaver percentage of 65%. o_O

State your facts of leaving those games?

I can explain that.. the games I was in 3 out of 5 was ruined because of leavers and feeding so I decided I did not want to waste my time and there was nothing more I could do so I decided to leave. It was horrible games. I never leave if the game is even.

I take that in integrity, but you can always stay in your current game and ask other team to push?
OR just fight back. For my past DotA experiences I've won a 2 v 5 and 3 v 5 many times.

This is legit. We can punish a person because they didn't want to play a 3 on 5...That should be the minimum requirements. 3v5 5v3 4v3 3v4. 3 people on 1 team should permit the ending of a game. IMO...î

It was more of a 2v5 With the other team fed because of the 3 leavers. There was no hope in us to win =/

You were patient throughout the following holding phrase of 2-4 days.
And it comes to this... You slowly adjusted from 5 games to 20 games of playing DotA on our bots.
One thing thing I tell others as well is to do for me, play more games and be actively on and as well show professionalism on DotA, because you're maintaining a 2kill/4death ratio each game, and that doesn't give me presumption for the community to look at you and say "ENT Staff are really know what they are doing, the staff is acknowledged off and on ENT".

Declined

It was hard for me to say "Declined" because you gave effort on your application.
You can try again on April 21st.
Thank you!
