Red give us not even 5 seconds to build. What part is it not breaking the rule. It is clearly you do not see the logic. We try to draw because we know this game was ruined.
You are sloppy watching the replay even for a very short time.

You should expect a PM if I think you know something that I would need too (or missed in this case). You cannot improve without feedback after all.

Agreements wrote:Could have been avoided by watching the replay instead of the DRM. I dunno, how thorough are you?
If we are talking about the LTD replay - then it was an incorrect assumption. I did watch the replay 3 times in total; but I failed to look at what the second timer stood for. I even typed out the times that red did the actions (though I could have got them from chat; you'll have to take my word for it).
The root cause for that error rests in the query of "In a lake, there is a patch of seaweed. Every day, the patch doubles in size. If it takes 48 days for the patch to cover the entire lake, how long would it take for the patch to cover half of the lake?" When you see something 100 times; you automatically don't look or consider as your experience will "shout" the answer at you.
For the second question, I'm very thorough in what I do (at work & fitness wise); although obviously the error points to otherwise. I hope you see the point I made above to cover that off - and know I learnt the lesson.

Re: Staff Application
You seem willing to learn and I doubt you'll have trouble adjusting to ENT's policy once being a moderator.
Nailing you on two ban requests makes not much sense since you learnt what you did wrong (your decision was correct regardless).
However, could you participate a little more in the ban request section (e.g. giving your opinion and possible ban duration), to make sure your judgement goes in the direction how ENT does it.

Sure Art)y.
Ban Requests; seems to be a lot of DOTA recently; so I steer clear.
Ban Appeals; is hard to make a note on, as I cannot see the ban duration; nor reason for ban (most appeals are very vague; which is one of the root causes on the delay resolving it seems)
But I take your feedback, and will seek out more requests to input on. Thanks again for the help on the Civ one though; I enjoyed it

Unless he has other names, he is no longer active in civilization wars. Don't know if this is relevant to the approval or not.

I can vouch for his activity in Civ Wars, he still plays on occasion though his skill is a different matter, and also irrelevant. The main concern is if he knows the community, also Supersexyy no longer plays Civilization Wars, this is why I am looking for a mod who still plays and knows the active community.

Re: Staff Application
Wanting to learn; finding out that there are useful tools; and wanting to help the community is all great.
But, I think you need more time to try and become more comfortable using the available tools, reviewing variety of cases, and understanding the rules.
Most brqs/appeals you have posted seem to be recent. I think reapplying in a month or so after showing more activity at ban request/ appeal section would do you good.
No opinion as of yet.
Edit: Looking at your recent forum activity, I confirm my standing.

Re: Staff Application
We've the feeling that you might not be ready, yet which is the reason I've to deny your application. However, we are looking forward to seeing a new application from you in a month.
However, please note, that we are looking for quality-posts which are not asking the OP for a stats link but which contribute to the case aka watching the replay and giving your thoughts on what happened. For questions, do not hesitate to ask moderators.
