Any further thoughts:
i fast food planted mid to get my workers around and i sended my workers (radiologist) to seeds...speed is everything so i'm not realy paying attention how anny are were or in/out the seeds.. just making sure to get 150 asap.. some of my workers blocked him so he couldn't move out of his seed.. but he didn' t ping or kill these... he killing 10 other workers on trees in and around his seed.. not needed for annything..

He could have communicated and asked you to move your workers. Yes, that would have been for the best.

But, it is also true that he took over the seed first and already built a shelter there. So, it is partially your fault for not watching where you were microing and ended up blocking him. Unless he tked your stuff later as revenge again, I will let go of this early first min instance.
