All but a couple of U.S. autohost bots are back online, and all Europe host bots are online; the original servers did not have the capacity to handle the large DDoS attacks targeting those bots. The filtering issues on the webserver at entgaming.net have ended as the packet floods targetting the webserver have stopped.

East coast public hosting bots will be restored tomorrow, meanwhile the LA, GR, AU, and JP public hosting locations are still online.

I just attempted to join on Evol@useast - I get the message that tells you to make sure you spelled the name correctly etc.
