Situation:was kicked out of the game from being afk.
Why you should be unbanned: Hello, this is actually my wife's account. she was waiting for the game to start and then she got a call from family for Christmas dinner. This caused her to forget about the game. She finally remembered it so she returned to the game. Apparently, she was already kicked out but she was still in game. Except that she couldn't play or move anything at all. So she thought she was already gone and she left the game. Unfortunately, my account is also banned from all ENT games. Can you please unban both of us?
