USEast is having the same problem it had a few months ago, where it is failing to update it's connection counts; this happened because the bots automatically connected to the server during the maintenance period, and apparently were autobanned and the realm never recorded their disconnection. As a result, our host bots are unable to connect to the realm server. Like last time, we recommend switching to USWest or ENT Connect, as these are much more reliable. There is no ETA for a solution because the problem is with USEast and not our bots, and the Battle.net staff is not helping.

If you want a stats transfer from one Battle.net account to another, post in Complaints section with your username and game stats type.
