You guys seem to flame and ride him pretty hard to go with your strat. Not sending what you want to send is not something that is banable or even justified in votekick. When you vked him he only did not build for 1 lvl (which you kicked him in the middle of) with 200 gold. I would just say even on this BRQ. And try to coach newer players rather than harass and threaten them... You will almost always get the troll you deserve.
